Taste OVS Holiday Celebration Slaw

ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Taste OVS Cranberry Pear White Balsamic
  • 1/3 cup Taste OVS Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoo cumin seed
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced or coarsely chopped

instructions

  1. Mix balsamic, olive oil, and cumin seed together for the dressing.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  3. Add dressing and toss thoroughly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours before serving.
