Cedar Plank Salmon

Soak cedar plank in water for 2 hours. In a shallow dish, stir together oil, juice, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Place the fillets in the marinade and turn to coat. Cover and marinate for 15-30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place plank on the grates and let heat up, the planks are ready when you can smell smoke. Place fillets onto the plank, cover grill and cook 10-20 minutes or until desired temperature. Remove from grill and drizzle fillets with balsamic. Serve on the plank.
