Buttermilk Pancakes

ingredients
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- ¼ c sugar
- 2¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ t baking soda
- ¼ t salt
- ¼ c Taste OVS Butter Flavored Olive Oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c buttermilk
- Taste OVS Vermont Maple Dark Balsamic
instructions
In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs, and buttermilk. Add the dry mix to the buttermilk mixture, stir until combined, don’t over mix. Let batter rest for 20 minutes. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat, drop 3-4 T of batter, leave enough space between pancakes so they don’t touch when they spread out. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown, flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until cooked all through the center. Repeat with the remaining batter. Drizzle balsamic on pancakes when ready to serve. Enjoy!
